UDT courses - Zielona Góra
Working in positions that require the operation of hoisting and material handling equipment is correlated with the need to obtain appropriate licenses. Operating mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) or overhead cranes poses a risk of accidents not only to the employee, but also to third parties. Employees who operate equipment such as overhead cranes, forklifts, or MEWPs are required to undergo training for a UDT license. Our company organizes specialized training for forklifts, MEWPs, overhead cranes, and other similar devices. The courses prepare students for passing the exam and obtaining the certificate required by the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT).
UDT licenses
The Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) is a state institution whose task is to ensure the safe operation of technical devices such as forklifts, MEWPs, overhead cranes, and cranes. The UDT is responsible for making sure that work with these devices is safe and does not pose a threat to the health and lives of people operating them. The UDT is authorized to certify management systems, people, and products. We offer a number of courses that end with an exam and a license that allows you to work on specific equipment.
UDT license
For several years, we have been dealing with the professional development of employees in Zielona Góra, Żary, Świebodzin, Nowa Sól and the entire Lubusz Province. Our courses for UDT licenses allow you to gain knowledge and skills to the extent required by law (including the Labor Code and the Office of Technical Inspection). A UDT license is necessary to operate overhead cranes, lift trucks, MEWPs, and freight and passenger lifts.
What are the possibilities that open up after the completion of a UDT course?
Those applying for a UDT license in the field of operation and maintenance of technical devices, in addition to the completed course, must pass a qualifying exam. In order to take the exam, you must submit an application to the appropriate UDT office. A positive result results in the issuance of a UDT license, which is issued in the form of a plastic card and then sent to the address indicated in the application. Having such a document entitles you to work in certain professions in Poland. Pursuant to Directive 2005/36/EC of September 7, 2005 on the recognition of professional qualifications, qualifications issued in Poland may also be recognized in the European Union and member states of the European Free Trade Association, including Norway and Iceland. It is worth knowing that qualification certificates (licenses to operate) issued by UDT may at the request of the applicant be additionally translated into German or English. Our company, in turn, issues an additional certificate of completion of training in English or German to interested participants.
